Sun City Texas has been asked by their peers to host the 2013 Community Managers International Association’s (CMIA) annual workshop on April 7-10. Community managers from around the U.S. will be in Austin for the event. Along with Steiner Ranch and The Hills in Lakeway, this workshop will show off what Sun City does best, so other managers can learn ways to enhance their properties.

Folks from Sun City are excited and looking forward to sharing their best practices while they conduct tours of the property, showing the Social Center, fitness operations, sports facilities, the workshop, Veteran’s Memorial Plaza, the Horticulture Gardens, and more.

As their managed IT service provider, Vintage IT Services has been invited to attend one of the events to briefly introduce the topic of managed IT and cloud services.

CMIA membership is open to on-site community association managers who service homeowner associations. The objective of CMIA, www.CMIAManager.org, is to provide an environment for the exchange of ideas and member services and to work with national/state organizations to improve the community association management profession. .
