Vintage IT Services was named as the #7 top Texas employer in the small business category at the 2013 Best Companies to Work For in Texas awards program. This statewide survey was designed to identify, recognize and honor the best places of employment in Texas, benefiting the state’s economy, its workforce and businesses.
In addition to joining firms from across the state in attending a festive awards ceremony at the Hyatt Regency, Vintage IT Services hosted a crawfish boil celebration for our employees. Along with the delicious food from Nola Kitchen, fast-action entertainment was provided by Austin GP Events who brought three state of the art race car simulators to the party. Our employees experienced the thrill of driving virtually around Austin’s brand new racetrack in the world’s fastest race cars. Each racing simulator consists of a specially designed racing seat, a steering wheel with realistic force feedback, heavy-duty race pedals, and a 32″ HD television. “Regardless of skill level, everybody at the party had a great time driving virtual laps around Austin’s track,” said Austin GP Events co-founder Greg Shotwell. “We always enjoy the atmosphere at corporate events, and the crawfish boil didn’t disappoint.” For more information on the racing simulators, visit www.AustinGPevents.com.
