One of my favorite events hosted by the Wine & Food Foundation is the annual Tour de Vin. Exclusive tastings of wine from around the world, are joined with the best domestic and internationally-inspired cuisine in Central Texas. This globetrotting culinary showcase highlights some of Austin’s favorite chefs and 15-20 wineries presenting a cosmopolitan array of samplings. Live music, and a silent auction that features rare wines, unique restaurant packages, and experiences, round out the evening.
Tour de Vin will be held at W Austin on Friday, August 23rd, from 6:30-9:30pm. We provide the Wine & Food Foundation with IT Services; contact them for more info on the event.
Proceeds from Tour de Vin will benefit Austin Food for Life, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping food & beverage industry professionals, including farmers, artisans, access affordable healthcare solutions.
