It’s an exciting time for the historic Paramount theatre as it approaches its 100th Anniversary year, and the theatre plans to continue to make history for years to come. Most recently, the theatre added another historical marker to its archive by having a standing United States President grace the stage for the first time ever. President Obama addressed Austinites from the historic Paramount stage on July 10th in what was an experience that the Paramount staff and guests won’t soon forget.

Following the event with the president, we received a thank you note from an associate at the Paramount…

“I just wanted to express my greatest gratitude for the excellent jobs they (Vintage employees) did helping me with the Obama event. Not only are they highly competent, but they showed an amazing amount of flexibility. The White House changed their needs/wants constantly until right before the event itself. They were there to help me at every turn – every. They really made everything happen seamlessly.  It was an amazing event, in large part, to them.”

At Vintage, we call an unsolicited compliment such as this one an “Atta Girl” (since we are a woman owned company). We know our employees go above and beyond for our customers and it is always nice to get great feedback from them. We congratulate the Paramount on celebrating its 99th year!
