Here’s a new way to celebrate Texas Independence Weekend, while supporting our state’s growing wine industry. The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas depends on Vintage IT Services for network support, hosted exchange and help desk support.  They are having a Toast & Roast with an exclusive tasting of Texas Monthly’s Best Texas Wines of 2014 on Sunday, March 1st, from 2pm- 5pm, at Rancho Cuernavaca. Attendees will taste the twenty best Texas wines produced last year. Following an hour-long sip and stroll tasting, Chef John Bates of Noble Sandwich will roast up a feast of pig, goat, and lamb.

The Wine & Food Foundation is a membership nonprofit using their passion for wine and food to better the health and well-being of the community, and provide educational opportunities.
