Thanks for everyone’s efforts to get the terminal server set up and in place. I worked a little from home last night and it was much quicker. I believe everyone will be more effective and efficient with this process.
We had a ‘brain fart’ on our end regarding who needed access to the terminal server. We got a call from Whiteman Air Force Base this morning saying they had no access to the server. We called Jason and gave him a heads up and within a few minutes, Whiteman called back and said all was well. I assume that we will need to do the same for Edinburgh, Quantico and the Air Force Academy folks. I told Jason this was probably the case so he is expecting their calls.
We appreciate all the support that we receive from Vintage to insure our IT is properly functioning. Y’all have a GREAT TEAM!
